  • Thought Challenging to reshape unhelpful beliefs.
  • Exploring and addressing Hidden Anger.

  • Mapping your history with the Child Chart.
  • Understanding adulthood influences with the Adult Chart.


5. Communication Styles
Understanding the connection between anger and communication is key to managing relationships effectively:

  • Identifying Submissive, Aggressive, and Assertive communication styles.
  • Learning how anger plays a role in your interactions.


6. Assertiveness Techniques
This session teaches techniques for assertive communication to handle difficult situations with confidence:

  • Critical Thinking and Handling Criticism constructively.
  • Conflict Negotiation and Resolving Conflict effectively.
